  Rebekeh at Ruth Swissa Professional Permanent Makeup and Skin is hands down the best waxer I have ever had. I followed her here from another salon, and although I have since moved to Tacoma, I still drive up to Seattle for my waxes. She is inexpensive, FAST, and great at what she does. Every other Brazilian I've had has taken at least twice as long, AND cost more money. And when she's done, there won't be a stray hair or irritated bump in sight. You can't go wrong here.

  I first had my eyebrows done by Ruth 2 years ago, and I am so happy with the result. Honestly, it has changed my life! I no longer have the dread of making up my brows every morning and having them fade away within hours. Now, 2 years later I am getting them redone, not because they need it because they have lasted, but because I am in the area (I live on the East Coast) and am getting a fuller shape. Thank you Ruth Swissa for your amazing work!!
